This Privacy Policy explains how Vibration App: Custom Vibrator (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the App.

The App stores your preferences and app content locally on your device, including language and theme settings, onboarding and rating-prompt status, favorite patterns, and vibration patterns you create. This information is used to provide the App’s features and is not uploaded by us to our servers.

You can remove locally stored information by using the App’s reset option, clearing the App’s storage in Android settings, or uninstalling the App.

• Vibration: used to run the vibration patterns you select or create.
• Notifications: used to display foreground playback controls and status while a vibration pattern is running. You may deny this permission where Android allows.
• Foreground service and wake lock: used to continue a vibration session when the App is in the background or the screen is off.
• Internet and network state: used to load and measure advertising and to open the App’s Google Play listing.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by Google and its advertising partners as described above. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect users, or to prevent fraud and security threats.

Data retention and security

Locally stored App information remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the App. Information processed by Google is retained according to Google’s policies and your applicable settings. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum digital-consent age in the applicable country. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
